Isos Technology is looking for an energetic and personable professional to join our team. The right candidate is an expert technologist as well as a confident salesperson and their own sales solutions engineer. They are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our clients and consultants.

The Strategic Advisor role will report to the Director of Strategic Accounts and Presales while identifying opportunities, proposing solutions and budgets, crafting Statements of Work and partnering with our consulting teams to ensure a successful delivery of services to clients.

  • Nurture client opportunities from proposal to deal closure, conducting annual health checks, and delivering compelling demonstrations and proof of concepts to existing clients

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive joint wins

  • Establish a thought leadership position through client case studies, webinars, and speaking engagements

  • Potentially contribute to our Professional Services team by delivering projects and services when possible

  • Develop effective engagement methods for client-facing leads to propose projects and services to clients. This may involve identifying client needs, crafting proposals, and presenting solutions effectively

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the use and upkeep of standardized contractual documents such as proposals and statements of work. This involves maintaining consistency and quality in documentation across all client engagements

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the HubSpot CRM is utilized effectively and consistently. This includes tracking, reporting, and closing work in alignment with sales processes and objectives

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on systems and processes related to deals and client engagements providing guidance, training, and support to team members on using relevant systems and workflows effectively

  • Focus on nurturing and strengthening relationships with clients to support their evolving needs

  • Develop a strategic approach for effectively engaging with key accounts to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Innovate and standardize new solution offerings by drawing insights

  • Demonstrate adeptness in collaborating with Senior Sales Executives to implement and refine strategic initiatives for organizational advancement

Job requirements

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years experience upselling and expanding engagements with clients

  • Demonstrating upsell proficiency that directly converts into tangible sales outcomes.

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Ability to time box and context switch across multiple efforts

  • Strong communication skills. Understanding your audience and providing clear and concise communications

  • Proven track record of achieving results and outcomes as planned

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at least $11 million dollars in revenue

We support pay transparency and the total annual compensation target for this position is between $180,000- 220,000 plus a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials. A successful comprehensive background and clearance check is required post offer.
