Overview
All billable resources at Isos Technology are Consultants first, with a clear responsibility to deliver value for our clients. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing overarching solutions that can be implemented by you and/or other team members in order to meet or exceed client objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that solves client problems and meets their objectives.
Consultant Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect you will function as the expert on your team that delivers the overall solution for the engagement. You will have the following responsibilities:
Understand the client problem and objectives and use your expertise to build out a solution to meet or exceed those objectives
Be able to make recommendations to the client and/or team members that will solve a technical challenge or limitation
Use Isos best practices to consultant and implement the Atlassian products in order to achieve client objectives
Handle multiple engagements at a time as well as properly manage client priorities and your time
Be accountable for client retention, client growth, and project profitability
Support the planning and scheduling of your time on a weekly basis to deliver on the scope assigned
Support day-to-day client communications, including supporting the Engagement Lead on the creation and maintaining of a engagement plan, status report, and other engagement-related documentation
Acquire and maintain at least two Atlassian Certifications
Acquire Atlassian accreditations as assigned by Isos Technology
Job requirements
To function in the role of a Solutions Architect, Isos requires that you already have the following demonstrable and verifiable skills:
Ability to conduct yourself professionally and within the Isos values
Ability to effectively manage priorities and expectations
Work in an Agile environment
Ability to manage multiple clients and engagements simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) for executive, technical and business operations audiences
Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem
Minimum 3+ years experience and/or expert knowledge of Atlassian Core products
Minimum 3+ years experience managing software tool implementations over a complex lifecycle, especially including:
Discovering and documenting requirements
Complex analysis with a special focus on process discovery
Creative problem-solving
Written, face to face and group presentation based communication to multiple audiences
Occasional weekend work and travel may be required for this position

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We honor pay transparency, and the Arizona compensation range for this position is between $120,000 - $155,000 plus eligibility for the company bonus program, a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
