Isos Technology is looking for a strategic, data-driven and personable professional to join our team as the Solution Engineer. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our clients and the Isos team. This position is remote and can work from anywhere in the US, from our Tempe, AZ location to Washington D.C. or anywhere in between.
You’ll report to the Solution Engineering Manager and focus on revealing how Isos Technology can solve specific problems by interpreting highly complex technical information to our clients. Additionally, the Solution Engineer will observe the latest developments and breakthroughs, and pass essential knowledge on to our clients.

Responsibilities:
As the Solution Engineer the main responsibilities of this position are as follows:
Attend pre-sales technical calls as requested by the Business Development Managers (BDM)
Be prepared by understanding current client requirements and pre-sales notes from the sales team
Identify the Client's primary requirements for the opportunity (What does the client need?)
Identify the Client's secondary requirements for the opportunity (What does the client want?)
Document the Client's primary and secondary requirements in the CRM during all pre-sales meetings, demos, etc.
Identify opportunities to challenge and/or educate the Client about their requirements, solution, and/or potential pitfalls.
Understand and communicate potential solution/project pitfalls to the (internal) sales and delivery teams.
Conduct product demos:
Prepare a tailored demo based on the Clients defined requirements and needs
Clearly present the Client's primary requirements during the product demo, separately from any secondary requirements. The client needs to clearly understand what the core solution looks like, versus all the secondary wants.
Identify and present any additional products or solutions that we're recommending, above and beyond any primary and/or secondary requirements. Provide the client with solution options the Client can determine the priorities and overall solution components.
Lead the solution estimations and conduct internal meetings for generating service proposals and statements of work (SOW)
Attend the Client proposal (and SOW) review meetings with BDMs for Net-New opportunities (as required for existing accounts)
Refine the Client's requirement document for the estimating team to propose the solution options as confirmed by the Client (primary vs secondary requirements)
Continually improve your overall knowledge of Isos Technology's services and related technologies to assure a well-rounded knowledge of all areas of operation
When requested, provide the marketing department with:
Case study content or introductions to clients
Blogs ideas and newsletter
Attend technical training and obtain certifications as requested by management

Required Skills:
To function in the role of Solution Engineer, Isos requires you to already have the following demonstrable and verifiable skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
3+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management with an emphasis on technical support and professional services solutions
Demonstrated ability to influence at least $7 million dollars in revenue
Atlassian product knowledge: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, etc.
Professional Consulting Services and Technology Industry experience
Competency in both high-functioning ESM / ITIL and Agile
Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We honor pay transparency, and the Arizona compensation range for this position is between $130,000 - 160,000 plus eligibility for the company bonus program, a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
