Overview
Isos Technology is seeking a talented and driven Senior Marketing Manager to play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and client engagement. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and solutions teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver impactful campaigns that build pipeline.
This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to create, execute, and optimize programs. You’ll have a special focus on partner marketing, helping to bring joint go-to-market plans to life and ensuring our collaborations deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
Partner Marketing
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and partner account managers to support the creation and execution of joint marketing plans.
Coordinate co-marketing activities such as webinars, events, content, email campaigns, and digital promotions.
Track, report on, and optimize partner-related campaigns to ensure ROI and pipeline contribution.
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), webinars, events, content syndication, and email) to generate quality leads for sales.
Collaborate with the Marketing Program Manager to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Content & Messaging
Contribute to partner-focused messaging and create content such as newsletters, videos, presentations, case studies, solution briefs, and email copy.
Support the development of sales enablement tools that strengthen partner and internal team success.
Collaboration & Support
Work cross-functionally with sales, consulting, and partner teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Participate in marketing strategy discussions, bringing data, market insights, and client perspectives to the table.
Job requirements
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of B2B marketing experience for a professional services company, with at least 1–2 years working in a partner ecosystem (Atlassian experience preferred).
Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring performance.
Skills
Solid understanding of partner marketing, co-marketing, and demand generation strategies.
Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency and the On-Target Earnings (OTE - which includes base salary, bonus, and other incentives) range for this position is between $80,000-$100,000 combined plus a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, additional incentive opportunities, and geographic pay differentials.
