This sales professional gathers consultant and client information and uses it for effective deployment of Isos Technology products and services. This individual is a self-starter who values team input and is willing to give input for the betterment of the team.

This position will be based at our headquarters location in Tempe, AZ. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish and effectively utilize systems that support continual relationship building with new and current clients.

  • Partner with inside sales team to support client relationships while proactively using their network to fill the sales pipeline.

  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence through the use of industry, market, and client publications and continued development of consultant relationships.

  • Cultivating and reporting on new business opportunities.

  • Participate in industry events including trade shows, conferences, and networking activities to promote products and increase sales

  • Keep and maintain accurate notes of leads, account, and contact interactions throughout the sales process

  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop business opportunities through the development of targeted strategies, campaigns, and lists.

  • Ability to navigate prospect organizations to uncover decision makers and establish rapport.

  • Learn and adhere to establish business processes for tracking leads and new business opportunities.

  • Build and review sales dashboards for reporting on key performance indicators

Education & Required Experience:

  • Two or four-year college degree

  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Increased level of business knowledge, must be savvy

  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills

  • Able to pick up new technology, and interested in doing so

  • Previous experience working in a sales capacity for a professional services organization

  • Ethics and Values – Adheres to a set of community and company values.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiar with the Atlassian suite of products (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)

  • Previous sales experience within the private or public sector (federal, state and local agencies)

  • Previous sales experience for a professional services organization

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or Hubspot)

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency, and the Arizona compensation range for this position is between $50K- $55K base plus commission ($75K OTE) and eligibility for the company bonus program, a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
