The Partner Manager will establish, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with third-party partners to drive business growth and expand market reach. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring long-term partnerships that provide mutual value for both our partners and Isos Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies to build and strengthen relationships with key third-party partners

  • Identify and evaluate potential partner organizations that align with Isos Technology’s strategic goal

  • Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with existing partners to drive joint success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party partnership engagements

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to integrate partner initiatives into business objectives

  • Monitor and analyze partner performance using data and insights to refine strategies and maximize value

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the broader partner ecosystem

  • Provide strategic guidance based on partner developments and recommend actions to leadership

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership performance, activities, and outcomes to internal stakeholders

  • Ensure all partner engagements comply with legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements

  • Proactively identify and manage risks associated with partnerships

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or consulting space

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills

  • Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to support strategic recommendations

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to both technical and business audiences

  • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities and projects

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and maintain a sense of humor under pressure

  • Some travel may be required based on partner and business needs

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain necessary technical and sales certifications relevant to Isos’ partnerships during your first six months and annually thereafter

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency and the On-Target Earnings (OTE - which includes base salary, bonus, and other incentives) range for this position is between $126,500-165,000 combined plus a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, additional incentive opportunities, and geographic pay differentials.
