About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Office Assistant to support our team with part-time, flexible hours. This is primarily an in-person role with a few tasks that can be done remotely. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy pitching in to help others, this could be a great fit. Reports to the Chief People Officer
What You’ll Do
Pick up and distribute company mail and packages (at least 3x/week)
Complete online bank deposits
Purchase and stock office supplies, snacks, and drinks
Prep conference rooms and kitchen for in-office meetings
Handle post-meeting clean-up (1–2 times/month in the late afternoon/evening)
Organize onsite storage and track company swag
Arrange catering and make dinner reservations for visiting teams (a few times/month, can be done remotely)
Handle weekly shipping and mailing tasks
Support with special projects or clerical assistance as needed
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
At least 17 years old, with a valid, clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to be flexible in work hours during the week (known in advance)
Will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Dependable, communicative, and trustworthy
Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills
Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Able to work independently and follow clear processes
Comfortable using our tech tools to track and communicate tasks
Prior clerical experience is a plus
Time Commitment
8–15 hours per week (based on business needs)
We offer flexible scheduling, though some tasks do require set times, known in advance
Must be available up to 4 days/week when needed (typically 2–4 hours each day)
Free parking, mileage reimbursement, plus holiday pay, and paid sick time accrual

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency. In alignment with our headquarters being based in Tempe, AZ, our AZ compensation range for this position is between $17- $19/hour. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
