Our Managed Services management team looks for certain skills that will help you be successful in this position. We have included several for your review below:
- A Managed Services Lead Consultant will function as the primary point of contact, responsible for delivering hands-on support and building client relationships
- We look for people with customer service and/or consulting experience who are resourceful, collaborative, and self-motivated
- Those who are successful in this role are great communicators capable of handling a varied workload across multiple clients
- Experience administering Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools is preferred but not always required
