As a License Specialist at Isos Technology, you will ensure the smooth operation of our licensing process, directly impacting revenue and contributing to company growth. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll create, evaluate, and optimize license quotes for Atlassian and NetSuite products. You’ll also collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on renewals, license administration, reporting, and updates, supporting a seamless licensing experience for our clients and team.

Responsibilities

  • Support volume licensing agreements ensuring processes, procedures and training associated with new software agreements are effectively articulated to the team

  • Support Customer Success Managers and Business Development Managers in the maintenance and management of volume licensing agreements

  • Administer and communicate program details for the software license agreement process

  • Manage license quoting and renewal processes, including creating quotes in vendor systems and Isos's records (NetSuite), distributing to sales reps for client review, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of license keys

  • Document and process client purchase orders within Confluence account structures, completing order fulfillment in Confluence (Sales Space) and Jira (Atlassian Consulting Project)

  • Utilize Confluence for documenting new opportunities, creating license quotes and renewals, and completing the order fulfillment process in Sales Space

  • Generate licensing quotes in NetSuite, ensuring timely responses and compliance with client specifications and pricing guidelines. Process purchase orders and invoices for software licensing, maintain accurate records, and support efficient billing and payment workflows

  • Continually improve your overall knowledge of Isos Technology's products and services to assure a well-rounded knowledge of all areas of operation including assigned training and certifications as requested by management

  • Provide technical licensing support for all customers

  • Gather requests and suggestions for system enhancements and changes

  • Partner with Program Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure the consistent use of best practices

  • Support with creation and delivery of comprehensive monthly reports on licensing metrics, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making across teams

Job requirements

To function in the role of License Specialist, Isos requires that you already have the following demonstrable and verifiable skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in software licensing with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, invoice processing, customer management and revenue management experience

  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis capabilities

  • Familiarity with other sales technology stack tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Gainsight, etc.)

  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred)

  • Atlassian experience is a plus!

  • PST/MST time zones preferred

This position is primarily remote, and we welcome candidates from across the United States. In support of pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $84,000, for candidates based in California. Final compensation will be tailored to reflect the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials based on candidate’s home state.
