Job Overview 

The License Specialist is charged with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Isos Technology's licensing while ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Isos Technology’s licensing department. This role influences a significant amount of revenue for the company and contributes to our company's success. This role works in support of Isos Technology's sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing license quotes from Atlassian and NetSuite. Additionally, the License Specialist will work in conjunction with a Customer Success Manager on license renewals and administration, maintain license reporting and support the sales team with license updates from Atlassian.

This position requires the employee to be remote based near Cebu, Philippines. This employee will work during the PHT zone daylight hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Support volume licensing agreements ensuring processes, procedures and training associated with new software agreements are effectively articulated to the team

  • Administer and communicate program details for the software license agreement process

  • Provide technical licensing support for all customers

  • Support Client Success Managers in the maintenance and management of volume licensing agreements

  • Partner with peers/program manager to ensure the consistent use of best practices

  • Provide monthly reporting

  • License quoting and renewals 

    • Quoting in vendor systems 

    • Creating quotes in Isos systems of record (Netsuite)

    • Distributing to sales rep for client review meeting

    • Process license purchase orders and ensure license keys are delivered

  • Documentation

    • Processing of Client purchase orders in Confluence account structure

    • Complete order fulfillment process in Netsuite, Confluence, and Jira (Service desk requests)

  • Systems

    • Confluence

      • Notes and documenting new opportunities

    • Netsuite

      • Creating license quotes, invoices, and purchase orders

      • Complete order fulfillment process 

    • Jira Service Management

      • Manage ticket requests promptly

    • Gather requests and suggestions for system enhancements and changes

  • Meetings

    • Attend bi-weekly licensing meetings  

  • General

    • Continually improve your overall knowledge of Isos Technology's products and services to assure a well-rounded knowledge of all areas of operation

    • Training and certifications as requested by management

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Remote based near Cebu, Philippines

  • 3+ years of experience in software licensing with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, invoice processing, customer management and revenue management experience. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, technical or business-related field preferred.

  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis capabilities. 

  • Accounting and invoicing experience utilizing NetSuite

  • CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred).

  • Preferred experience with Atlassian licensing lifecycle processes
