Overview

Isos Technology is looking for an energetic, personable and agile-focused professional to join our team. The right candidate will be passionate about the challenges addressed by enterprise agility, long term planning, project management, portfolio planning as well as the best in class tooling in the Atlassian ecosystem that supports these practices. You are dedicated to meeting our clients where they're at and assisting them to assess and address gaps holding them back from deriving the maximum value from their Atlassian investments and hitting their business objectives. Engagements will include collaboration with the Agile Services team, including the Principle Agilist, analysts and consultants. You will work directly with our clients for effective delivery of Enterprise Agile at Scale tooling solutions like Jira Align as well as Big Picture and Advanced Roadmaps for those organizations still on the journey to enterprise-level tooling solutions. You are a self-starter who also values collaboration and is willing to give and receive input for the betterment of the team.

This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approaches to guide, support and improve business outcomes with lean and agile concepts and methodologies, at scale and otherwise. The primary focus of this role is to:

  • Create, present and implement solution designs for agile, portfolio & project management tooling solutions including, but not limited to:
    • Jira Align
    • Big Picture
    • Advanced Roadmaps
    • Structure / Tempo
    • Atlas
    • Jira Product Discovery
  • Establish a valuable partnership with clients, building rapport quickly with a mix of your industry and tooling solutions expertise
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities as needed, providing input for thought leadership and supporting content
  • Help in the growth and efficiency of the Agile Services team, creating internal KB materials and tooling workshops / training

Duties and Responsibilities

Agile Tooling Solutions Expertise

As an Agile Tooling Specialist, you are not only passionate about agile and popular practices and frameworks, but also the technology that enables transparency, collaboration and improved decision making.

  • Serve as an Agile Tools Subject Matter Expert; advise clients and internal teams on best practices, guidelines and related recommendations
  • Architect, present and implement technical solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. Enable adoption of the implemented solution.
  • Collaborate with our Agile Services team as needed to ensure that your recommended tooling solutions are tailored to both the near and long term objectives for adopting agile practices and achieving their top business goals.
  • Continuous learning regarding Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitating, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, active listening for self and team, etc.

Engagement Delivery

  • Maintain a client billable workload of 80%
  • Manage engagement scope in terms of budget and resource constraints; identify and manage risks and escalate blocking issues as needed
  • Conduct yourself with Clients and Teammates consistent with Isos Values and consulting standards


Requirements

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4 years experience in the development and delivery of agile focused tooling solutions
  • Expertise with Enterprise Agile Portfolio Management: Jira Align or related agile at scale enterprise software solution experience such as IBM, Rally, Clarity, VersionOne, AgileCraft, Planview. As well as additional related agile and project management technology solutions such as: Jira, Atlas, Jira Product Discovery, Aha, Roadmunk, Advanced Roadmaps, Big Picture, Structure, Miro, Mural, Smartsheets, Tempo
  • Expertise with the principles of agile, agile at scale, lean, project management, long term planning and portfolio management
  • Experience with launching and supporting Lean Portfolio Management teams and practices
  • Agile Certifications such as CSM or PSM or SAFe SM, SPC

Skills:

  • Strong Communication skills – Strong English written, and oral skills required
  • Quickly understand business needs and related requirements
  • Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate recommendations
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple engagements
  • Ability to lean into challenging conversations when needed, showing care for our clients while setting clear expectations
  • Ability to adjust approach as appropriate: facilitation, mentoring, coaching, teaching, training, consulting
  • Skilled facilitator with the ability to engage others such that working sessions, retrospectives, assessments, presentations, are received as highly valued
  • Ability to facilitate interactive, executive-level leadership workshops and deliver meaningful feedback and assessments


This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency, and the Arizona compensation range for this position is between $80,000 - $142,000 plus eligibility for the company bonus program, a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
