Job Overview
The License Specialist is charged with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Isos Technology's licensing while ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Isos Technology’s licensing department. This role influences a significant amount of revenue for the company and contributes to our company's success. This role works in support of Isos Technology's sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing license quotes from Atlassian and NetSuite. Additionally, the License Specialist will work in conjunction with a Customer Success Manager on license renewals and administration, maintain license reporting and support the sales team with license updates from Atlassian.

What You’ll Do
Support volume licensing agreements ensuring processes, procedures and training associated with new software agreements are effectively articulated to the team
Administer and communicate program details for the software license agreement process
Provide technical licensing support for all customers
Support Customer Success Managers in the maintenance and management of volume licensing agreements
Partner with peers/program manager to ensure the consistent use of best practices
Provide monthly reporting
Quoting in vendor systems
Creating quote in Isos systems of record (Confluence)
Distributing to sales rep for client review meeting
Process license purchase orders and ensure license keys are delivered
Processing of Client purchase orders in Confluence account structure
Complete order fulfillment process in Confluence (Sales Space) in Jira (Atlassian Consulting Project)
Notes and documenting new opportunities
Creating license quotes and renewals
Complete order fulfillment process in Confluence (Sales Space)
Gather requests and suggestions for system enhancements and changes
Attend weekly sales team meetings
Attend weekly license meetings
Continually improve your overall knowledge of Isos Technology's products and services to assure a well-rounded knowledge of all areas of operation
Training and certifications as requested by management
3+ years of experience in software licensing with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, invoice processing, customer management and revenue management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, technical or business-related field preferred.
Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis capabilities.
CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred).
Familiarity with other sales technology stack tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Gainsight, etc.)
Atlassian experience is a plus
This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency, the compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 and this position is eligible for the employee bonus program. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
