Job Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist is a critical role within Isos Technology’s sales organization, reporting directly to the head of sales. The goal of sales operations is to reduce friction in the sales process, improving the efficiency of business development managers (BDMs), digital sales representatives (DSRs), sales development representatives (SDRs), and customer success managers (CSMs) in their day-to-day customer-facing activities. In addition to overseeing Isos Technology’s sales processes and systems, sales operations will frequently analyze data, identify trends, interface with other functional departments, and advise senior management on best practices and strategies. Sales operations ultimately helps to maximize customer value creation and company revenues through the optimal deployment of sales processes, systems, and resources.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.

  • Work to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.

  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes in coordination with customer success.

  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement.

  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics (e.g., pipeline growth, win/loss rates, quota attainment, etc.) and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.

  • Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitor the sales organization’s compliance with the required standards for maintaining CRM data. Work closely with sales management to optimize effectiveness of the company’s technology investments.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing departments to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.

  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.

  • Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.


  • Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards

  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.

  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and rigorous data analysis capabilities. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.

  • Expert CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred). Ability to drive CRM data integrity across the entire sales team. Comfortable with creating new CRM dashboards, reports, etc.

  • Familiarity with other sales technology stack tools is a plus (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Gainsight, etc.)

  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound marketing strategies, processes, and operational metrics.
