Overview

The Sales Development Representative Manager position focuses on:

  • Leading a team of SDRs to create qualified opportunities for the sales team

  • Training, coaching, and managing other members of the SDR team

  • Taking on operational and administrative tasks to help the SDR team perform and exceed expectations.

We are looking for someone that can provide leadership, guidance and best practices to our SDR team. In this role you will be sharing your knowledge and ensuring that the SDR team successfully meets their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities

  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s and periodic formal performance reviews

  • Hiring and onboarding new SDR(s)

  • Work closely with sales generation to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns

  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the Sales Leadership team to improve opportunity management and the qualification processes

  • Work closely with Sales, Director/VP, to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams and implement changes as needed

  • Stay abreast of competitive intelligence through the use of industry, market, and client publications and continued development of consultant relationships.

  • Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into a qualified pipeline

  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment and participate in developing annual plans for future targets



Requirements


Required Experience

  • Leadership experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a professional services company or a technical product, including leading other professionals

  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferred), including reporting

  • Understanding of technical professional services, B2B software, Open Source software, and the developer product space is preferred

  • Passionate about technology and learning Atlassian Tools

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to influence others

  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills to a variety of audiences and interpersonal styles

  • Deep level of business knowledge, must be savvy

  • Above average relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, and interested in doing so

  • Previous experience working in a sales or business development capacity for a professional services organization

  • Ethics and Values – Willing to embrace and adhere to Isos’ company values.


Preferred Experience:

  • Familiar with the Atlassian suite of products (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)

  • Previous sales or business development experience within the private or public sector (federal, state and local agencies)

  • Previous sales or business development experience for a professional services organization

  • Experience working with Salesforce: Leads, Contacts, Dashboards, and reporting

This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We support pay transparency, the compensation range for this position is between $90,000 - $131,000 plus commission and this position is eligible for the employee bonus program. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
