Director of Demand Generation

Isos Technology is experiencing a period of rapid growth and we’re looking to take our success to the next level. We are looking to add an experienced and highly-motivated Director of Demand Generation to our marketing team. The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Design and oversee the buildout of a scalable demand generation engine by creating and overseeing the execution of demand creation programs via multiple channels. These programs will be based on both inbound and outbound tactics, and will drive engagement, pipeline creation, net-new logo acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and oversee the buildout of exceptional marketing campaigns that are based on customer feedback and also that deliver valuable leads.

  • Regularly conduct research and analyze marketing and sales data to determine effectiveness of demand creation programs and strategies. Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand gen programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend.

  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps.

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a busy demand generation team that will report to you on the following functions:

  • Paid digital advertising (PPC, paid social)

  • SEO

  • Social media marketing

  • Events (live and virtual)

  • Content syndication

  • Telemarketing campaigns

  • Partner development funds

  • …and more

  • Collaborate with marketing managers and specialists to discuss budgets and schedules. Ensure they meet milestones and deliver projects that oftentimes have strict deadlines.

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system (HubSpot) to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads, and improve the integrity of the overall database.

  • Work with current vendors that contribute to demand generation programs, and evaluate and select new vendors.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, data-driven, and willing to roll up their sleeves to accomplish organizational and departmental goals. They will have a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for a dynamic and rapidly-growing organization. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and show exceptional leadership skills while simultaneously being a team player. A bachelor's degree in a business- or marketing-related field is generally required for this position, and prior experience in the industry is highly beneficial. Industry and leadership certifications are also helpful.


Required Credentials/Skills:

  • 7-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Masters degree preferred, but not required.

  • High proficiency at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns.

  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills.

  • Experience influencing and communicating product/service offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot preferred, but not required.
