Demand Generation Manager

Job description

Isos Technology is looking for a strategic, data-driven and personable professional to join our team as the Demand Generation Manager. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously being a team player. They are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our clients and the Isos team. This position is remote and can work from anywhere in the US, from our Tempe, AZ location to Washington D.C. or anywhere in between.


You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation and oversee the execution of our demand generation engine. You’ll work cross functionally to oversee the buildout of exceptional marketing programs, digital campaigns and other initiatives that are based on customer feedback and also that deliver valuable leads.

Responsibilities:

As a Demand Generation Manager the main responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Define, build and execute demand generation campaigns, account-based marketing, and programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth

  • Gather and analyze information to identify demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership

  • Collaborate in the development of new products/services

  • Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies

  • Build and execute marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics, as well as managing third-party vendors to achieve pipeline and revenue targets. Including, but not limited to:
    • Webinars

    • Events

    • Digital

    • Social

    • Partners

  • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinates campaigns, promotional activities, and conferences/trade shows

  • Write effective B2B marketing copy for emails, digital ads, and webinar abstracts

  • Negotiates contracts for vendor services needed to execute a marketing strategy

  • Responsible for driving highly qualified leads that become sales opportunities, hitting annual and quarterly pipeline goals

  • Lead cross-functional team projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive maximum efficiency in our sales and marketing processes

  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and strategic partners to identify target accounts and align all go-to-market activities

  • Partner with product marketing and content marketing to develop the most relevant and impactful content

  • Team with channel partners to enhance and amplify demand generation strategy

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

  • Develop processes for tracking and analyzing campaign performance

Requirements

Required Skills:

To function in the role of Demand Generation Manager, Isos requires you already have the following demonstrable and verifiable skills:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including managing and executing demand gen efforts, with some experience in account-based marketing

  • Proven, hands-on experience deploying, managing, demand generation campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth

  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision to activate and manage myriad channels, and plan, track, and manage detailed work

  • Demonstrated ability to build digital campaigns that engage targeted personas across a myriad of channels

  • Loves to write great content that engages the reader

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement

  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot

  • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices

  • Success with managing multiple programs and projects

  • Proven lead generation, engagement, and optimization experience in a multi-touch buying landscape

  • Proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and loves to work in fast-paced environment

  • Thrives working in a team atmosphere with shared deadlines and multi-departmental projects

Desired Skills

  • Proven ability to build and drive a budget and forecast spend

  • Strong orientation to project management and managing program details

  • Ability to develop end-to-end reporting that helps drive strategic decisions

  • Experience using project management tools

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools a plus (especially Jira, Confluence, Trello)


This position is primarily a work from home position and we consider applicants throughout the United States. We honor pay transparency, and the Arizona compensation range for this position is between $110,000 - 115,000 plus eligibility for the company bonus program, a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic pay differentials.
